The problem with the HP Photosmart3210 didn't go away after I did everything you said.........=(

I have the same problem.

i'm a bit in the dark, need more info
1st does the printer power up.
2 have you had your printer perform a nozzle check
3 have you had your printer perform a nozzle cleaning
4 are you trying to use your old ink cartrige if so stop get a new one.
