Downloading 5.5 on psp

Save the PBP file to:

PSP/GAME/UPDATE/EBOOT.PBP

After that, you should be able to run the update from the Game section of the XMB.

DNS Error using my PSP Internet Connection!!!!

i can assist you with this.
Instructions
1 Take out the UMD disc from the back of the PSP if one is inserted. 2 Take out your memory card from the memory card reader if one is inserted. 3 Turn on your PSP. 4 Go to the "Settings" tab in the Cross Media Bar and select "System Settings." 5 Select "Restore Default Settings" and confirm that you wish to restore all settings to the factory defaults. 6 Restart your PSP. 7 Try connecting to the Internet again. If you still get the 80410A0b error, try connecting to another network. If you successfully establish a connection to another network, your router is at fault. If you cannot connect to the second network, your PSP's Wi-Fi card could be damaged and may need repairs. Tips & Warnings
Ensure that you are entering the Wi-Fi SSID and password correctly on the PSP. You can contact PlayStation Support (see Resources) to start a repair order if you PSP's Wi-Fi card is faulty. if you require further assistance please let me know and i will be glad to assist you. Thanks

I cant connet to the internet with my psp it keeps sayin connetion error has occurred a connetion to access poin could not be established

Hi, Nat2cool, Have you set the right protocol for the network?
Sometimes you have to change it others, just leave the default, such as infrastructure and the like.
I had the same issue and it was the protocol, the other is the switch. Make sure it's turn on.
You'd be surprised how many people forget to slide the switch to the ON position.

I have fixed my PSP's over the years and have become almost an expert.
Let me know if anything helps or if you need further help.

Psp freezing

One solution could be that your PsP has been left on or used up to much. Buying a new battery for your PsP would More than likely Fix That Problem

Psp upgrade to 3.51

In order to update, you need to have your psp FULLY CHARGED, I mean 100%, and have your psp setup to connect to the internet via wifi, after that, you can go to the setting section, select network update to update your psp to the latest version.

Alternatively, if you have a memory stick, you can download the firmware update from the internet to your memory stick.

Both method need a memory stick. If you already have one, I can give you the link below in order to download the firmware update.

http://www.us.playstation.com/PSP/About/SystemUpdate

Instructions was given in that link. If you have any questions please ask.

AGAIN. I HAVE TO WARN YOU TO HAVE YOUR BATTERY CHARGED 100% BEFORE PROCEED TO UPDATE, OR YOU WILL END UP WITH A BRICKED PSP!
