Well, my HP photosmart 3210 stopped printing in black and it would not make copies. I tried buying new ink and that doesn't work. I thought that since I upgraded my computer to Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit I also had to upgrade the printer's driver......So i did, and that does not work. I'm all out of ideas so you guys have to to help me or else I'll just have to go and get myself a new printer which will cost me a lot.........PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it something to do with the moon this month as I have the same problem. I have recently started using non HP cartridges (albeit from a reputable on-line supplier) and the black dried up half way through a job. I have tried 2 new non HP cartidges and replaced all non HP catridges (including one of the colour ones) with HP brands but no better. I have tried cleaning the nozzles where the print catridge goes but to no avail, and cleaned the heads automatically numerous times but still no joy. Do I need to take the printer apart further, if so is this easy to do?
THanks.

Over the last day or so, my black cartridge won't print, despite trying 2 new cartridges. Colours are fine.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
