Question about Philips GoGear HDD6330 MP3 Player
I have/had a philips 30GB gogear mp3 and one day i was trying to listen to it, but it wouldn't turn on. when i plugged it in to chare, it worked fine. what do i need to do?
If it doesn't work when unplugged and fully charged, that problem is not going to go away. You can do the Repair in Philips Device Manager, but it will erase all of your songs and it probably will not work. The problem is, Philips is all out of these players, and they no longer make any 30GB models - 8GB is the max.
