Hi,

See if there's a Vista driver at the manufacturers website.

Intex it-305wc driver download win7 32bit

The Intex IT-305WC webcam is not listed in the Windows 7 compatibility. The webcam is only compatible with Windows XP and Vista on the manufacturer's website, so you may install the webcam drivers in compatibility mode.
  • Right click the installation file and select Properties.
  • Click the Compatibility tab.
  • Under Compatibility mode, check the Run this program in compatibility mode for: option.
  • Select Windows 7
  • Click Apply and OK.
  • Run driver as administrator.

Why won't my logitech V-UAM27A work on my new windows 7 and how do you fix it? JSL

Have you tried installing the webcam drivers? Windows 7 supports a lot of webcams by default, but if it is not working, you can try installing the Logitech drivers. If there is no W7 driver, try using a Vista driver, or even the XP driver and run the setup in XP compatibility mode.

I GOT A WINDOWS VISTA AND IM TRYING TO GET A VEO CAM TO WORK ON IT BUT ITS NOT WORKING IT SAYS ITS ONLY COMPITABLE WITH WINDOWS 95 98 ME AND XP WHAT SHOULD I DO.??/

Select the install.exe file in the CD root and right click. Select compatibility for XP. Then run the install. I just did it on VISTA business and it works fine. If you want to run NetMeeting, then there is a patch from MicroSoft (3.0.2) that can be downloaded and installed. Both now work on VISTA, SP1. Good luck

Creative Webcam Instant drivers for Vista

My wife has a new computer with Vista on it.  I tried to plug in my Creative Webcam Instant into it, thinking there would be no problems.  Turns out that Creative doesn't support Vista for a couple of its webcams.  I fixed it, though, and now there's no problems.  What you have to do is take advantage of a couple of Vista's less-obvious features.  Put the Creative CD in.  On the CD (not in a folder on the CD), there's a setup.exe.  Right-click it and select "Properties".  On the "Compatibility" tab, enable the option to run it in compatibility mode for XP SP2.  Then also check the "run as administrator" option, just for good measure.  After that, it will install just fine (otherwise, the Creative installer tells you that it doesn't support your version of Windows).  Then, after it installs, find the program's executable.  It should be in the relevant program files folder (if you're not sure, hover over the webcam center shortcut in the start menu, and see where the program is actually located).  Do the same thing for the program executable (right-click, compatibility tab, enable compatibility mode for XP SP2, enable running as admin for good measure).  If it doesn't work for you after all that, I don't know what to tell you.  It works just fine for me now (it didn't want to otherwise).

Problems with my cam ge easycam h098063

I would suggest buying a new webcam instead to save you the headache. Since Vista Compatible Webcams are cheaper nowadays.
