Question about Insignia NS-DV2G MP3 Player
If you want to try to swap it yourself ebay has a lot of these. You can probably get one for around $10. No clue of the level of difficulty though, so "at your own risk"...

You can take your Insignia MP3 player into any Best Buy™ store to get service. Since broken screens are considered to be physical damage you will likely have to pay for an estimate to determine the cost of repairs. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may find that it makes better economic sense to purchase a replacement MP3 player rather then get the unit repaired.
