If you want to try to swap it yourself ebay has a lot of these. You can probably get one for around \$10. No clue of the level of difficulty though, so "at your own risk"...

Hello mimi94,

You can take your Insignia MP3 player into any Best Buy™ store to get service. Since broken screens are considered to be physical damage you will likely have to pay for an estimate to determine the cost of repairs. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may find that it makes better economic sense to purchase a replacement MP3 player rather then get the unit repaired.

Best Regards
Ken

### How many songs can I expect to load on the 2gb Insignia NS-DV2G?

It should be able to collect about 666 songs if the song's size is 3mb.

To calculate it your self; 2gb is the same as 2000mb. So divide 2000 by 4 or 3 depending on the size of the song and this would give you the exact amount.

Take for example, if the songs are 4MB, then you would divide 2000MB(2GB) by 4 which will give you 500. That's it would take 500 songs if the songs are 4MB each.

Take care.
