My GE Clock Radio, Model No. C-403D

I got it on Ebay, I don't know the model year or how to set the time or the alarm. It has a label on the back with cautions regarding tubes and the radio is am only. Can anyone help? I'd also like to get a manual or instruction book for it but can't find one.
