94honda accord lx looseing all brake fluid so i have nobrakes so i have to pull the ebrake and itbarely stops the car but i notice fluid comingfrom the rear wheel on the driverside what could it be

Could be a brake line but it is more common for worn out shoes could allow the piston in the wheel cylinder to be pushed out far enough to allow brake fluid leakage.
In short remove wheel and inspect for worn brake shoes and inspect the wheel cylinder for leaks.

Car leaking gas from the back. what do you think is the problem? How can it be fixed?

More then likely it's a broken or cracked fuel line in the tank. These are located on top of the fuel tank, To fix you must remove tank and replace fuel line's using a high grade fuel line, Good luck to you.

no you can cut and reroute the line ive done it in the past many times. just remember more line means more fluid so after you bleed it check the level again after a week or so.
