Hello!

First, you should have a youtube account to do that. If you don't have it yet, just click the link "create account" at the upper right portion of the youtube homepage. Follow the instructions and fill the forms.

The next thing is the camera. Were you able to browse the videos from your camera using your computer? If so, the next step wouldn't be difficult. Just sign-in your account in youtube using your username and password. Next click the link "upload" at the upper portion of the page, then click "upload video" and browse for your video file.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for using fixya! ^_^

How much is a camera for YouTube?

You can use any camera in order to make YouTube videos, but a good HD one, which is the best these days costs around $ 400. It depends on what you're shooting, the distances, and many other factors, too.

I have a video I want to post on youtube so I clicked publish to youtube on imovie but the video doesn't show up on youtube it doesn't even show it processing. I already tried again two times but get the...

Try saving the video to disk, then using your web browser, visit YouTube.com and use the "upload" link to send your video to YouTube. If this works, then check your user name and password settings in iMovie. It may also be that the video does not meat the requirements for YouTube, and by uploading it with a web browser, you should get the information you need to resolve the problem.

Wondering if I can save video from Sanyo VPC-S1085

You can post any video on Facebook but they only allow you to post two min worth of video at a time. I would post the video on youtube and then copy the link onto your Facebook page. Youtube allows ten min for each video you make so you get more time on youtube

ok if you transfer the file from ur cam to the computer simply make an account on youtube! after you have made one go to youtube and sigh in! after that you will see a upload option on the top right of the page simply click on upload[ not the cascade menu] and it will ask you to select the video file you want to upload and descrption and title and tags also, then simply finish editing the description it will have a done option, hit done and then it will say that ur video is uploaded but the have to youtube people have to look at it first to make sure that theres no profanitys in it, and if there isnt then they will post it and then also upgrade its quality! Loading to youtube with enviro camera

You tube accepts wide video file formats such as .wmv, .avi, .mov, .mpg transferred from most digital cameras. The problem you have, the video you upload might not from those video formats. So youtube may not recognize or upload it. What you really need is to convert your video to a format which can be uploaded to youtube like MPEG4 (recommended). Alive MP4 Converter program allows you to convert AVI files or whatever formats to MPEG4 which can be uploaded to youtube. Else, use another updated web browser to open youtube and upload it there.
