ok if you transfer the file from ur cam to the computer simply make an account on youtube! after you have made one go to youtube and sigh in! after that you will see a upload option on the top right of the page simply click on upload[ not the cascade menu] and it will ask you to select the video file you want to upload and descrption and title and tags also, then simply finish editing the description it will have a done option, hit done and then it will say that ur video is uploaded but the have to youtube people have to look at it first to make sure that theres no profanitys in it, and if there isnt then they will post it and then also upgrade its quality!
