My motherboard is intel 865gvmicro775 and processor is p4 but i need mother board driver .and sound driver

you can find your sound card driver at the manufactures website if not just google your product to locate that driver i hope this helps

NO. you cannot install DUO to *********** board. the DUO is pinless and the P4 3.06 is pin type if you want to upgrade your PC you have to replace the mother board too.

intel doesnt list any vista drivers for that motherboard on there site so you might run into problems with the intergraded devices such as the ethernet,audio,chipset, & any intergraded video

You might be able to use the xp drivers but if theres problems it wouldnt be supported by intel
