Canon i950 InkJet printer problem

green light turns to a flashing yellow (7 times) then back to green. I have tried starting with reset depressed and then start...release the reset and depress twice....then releasing both. when this is done it blinks green and then returns to the flashing yellow. suggestions? cjj
