I have the same problem. Resetting helps temporarily, but after washing once the problem reoccurs and I have to reset again.

Is there an other sollution for this problem? Maybe a filter?

I'm guessing a bit but the part that was reset was probably a resetteble thermostat on top of the dryer air manifold. take top off machine and you will see stats mounted on top of the air duct. one or more will have a little buttonin the middle. press this button and you will hear a slight click and the dryer will then work.
however, if the problem is reoccuring, then there is probably a lint blockage in the air duct causing poor air flow

The machine heats up, ( the clothes are steaming), but they are not getting dry. It is to the point where you can dry one towel at a time ... don't know if it is an easy fix my husband can sort out, or if...

It sounds like the heating element is partially burned out. If the element is partially burned out, the dryer still heats, but at such a low temperature that it takes three or four times as long to dry the clothes. If the element is partially burned out, replace it. Make sure all duct work is clean.
Although it is not a common problem, the cycling thermostat could be bad, one of the thermostats that controls the heat in the dryer may break and cause the dryer to heat poorly. The thermostat is usually a small, round, black device that is mounted to an oblong steel plate. The plate is mounted to the internal duct work with two screws. Hope this helped. Good luck.

should be a reset switch on the back of the machine usually just a red button or small hole if not there is over heating protection on the heating element or elements if it has 2 heat settings ,but these cannot be reset have to be renewed

Candy washer dryer not drying

there is a safety feature which advances the timer to a stop position if it overheats on dry. this is caused by poor air flow.
to cure, take the dryer duct off mand clean of lint. this especially accumulates at the bend where the duct enters the tub.

This machine has selfcondensing system. The condense water is beeing pumped out with the cooling water. The watertap MUST be open during drying. It also may be caused of overloading. The most W/D combos is just able to dry just the half of a full load in one time.

Clothes dryer

washer dryer and dryer ony machines differ in a huge way. the big diff. is the drums on each are completly different sizes. the conventional dryer has the bigger, giving better air flow and tumble to clothes. the w/d has a smaller drum thus less air flow and less tumble between clothes. the best way to see this effect is remove half the clothes after a wash and then select a drying cycle. u will see that by giving the clothes more room to tumble free of each other rather than tumbling in a large ball will dry them. washer dryers are really only a marketing tool.

Dryer - acquaviva 1300 - how it works?

the dryer has 2 thermostats if these are blown then the heater wont work but you can check to see if the element is burned out by unplugging your machine opening the top off it the wires that plug into the element replace with a plugged wire with bare wires on the end place each wire into the correct connector and turn the plug on this will either heat the element up or if it doesnt then the element is blown m8
