Did the battery go flat and shut it down?? If so you may have corrupted a fle in the registry.
Start the laptop in safe mode, click on "start windows with last best known configuration" Reboot, if same problem, try switching off all "startup programs" by typing in the "run" box "config" and un- ticking all boxes, If that fixes it then one of those programs is causing the fault.
Simply enable one at a time till it occurs / delete / re-install that program.

Blue screen message, Dumping Physical memory.

It's really hard to say at this stage, and there's many more tests that you'll need to run in order to try and narrow down the cause of the problem(s). They could be anything from a potential virus infection causing conflicts, an incorrect video or audio driver being installed, to something corrupt within your windows OS, to potentially being something hardware related like your hard drive, or as you suspect, motherboard. You can try narrowing one of the major problems down, by backing up any personal data to CD/DVD or external hard drive, and then erasing the hard drive and reinstalling a fresh copy of windows and try reproducing the problem there. At this stage of the issue, it's all about trying to isolate where the fault is coming from, and this step will eliminate a lot of possibilities.

Beginning dump of physical memory

This could be pretty complex. The ATAPI.SYS file controls the Hard Drive and CD-Rom Drive. I would recommend reading this MS TechNet article:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822051/ The article says that it's not uncommon for the problem to be caused by faulty memory or by problems in the mass storage controller subsystem, which makes sense since atapi.sys (a mass storage controller system file) is noted.
If you have multiple memory cards in the machine, it might not be a bad idea to take one out and try again. If the fails, keep swapping out memory cards until we either solve the problem, or elimite that as a cause.

First of all if u r getting the blue screen what is the stop code and what is the error, is it saying physical dump of memory,or it says like stop code; 0x000000ed or something like that,in these case if it is just physical dump of memory and the main thing is from how long r u getting the blue screen, and did u install any new software or hardware, and what u can do is disconnect the ac adaptor and take out the battery from the computer and then press and hold down the power button without the ac adaptor and the battery for one minute and then turn on the computer and still if u get it then reseat the memory of the computer and then reseat the hard drive of the computer and still if u getting it then u need to repair the operating system with the help of the windows operating system disk and if u r ready to lose the data from the computer then u can reinstall the operating system and after reinstalling the os also if u get a blue screen then definitely u need to replace the hard drive of the computer.and if u don’t want to loose ur data u can repair the os with the help of windows os disk.,try it out it will definitely help u out…thanks

My system display bluescreen and say physical memory dump then restart everyday minimium 5times

there are some reesons for this blue screen, first check for error dump files in your system(hope you use windows OS),which may be stored to send error reports to Microsoft, second thing is your C: drive may be almost full, owing to many installed programs, third thing you may have low RAM memory.

Shut down - performing physical dump

Hi, Blue screen is most of the time a hardware issue. Seems like either hard drive or memory is faulty. More like your hard drive though. Try to get it tested at a repair shop before it totally fails. Test the memory first to verify it's ok. If it's ok, then it could be your hard drive. You might or might not need a new hard drive but at this stage, if you get a new one you might be able to copy the data off this failing drive. If you wait longer, the problem is only getting worse and it could lead to total data loss. Good Luck, Lolita
