Your evaporator drain tube is plugged, usually with ice. This is found behind the evaporator panel in the refrigerator marked "Twin Cooling." You must remove this panel and clear the ice plug using hot water and a turkey baster. Samsung has a new part that you should install once the drain is clear - DA61-06796- which brings heat further down the tube and prevents ice blocking the drain line in the future.
Make sure the vents in the freezer and the fridge are not blocked with any food packages so air can circulate if that doesn't work circulating fan may not be working
There are two in this model. This is a twin cool meaning it has 2 evaporators, 2 evap fans. Top fan is behind that panel thst says twin cool. Careful removing the evap cover as its styrofoam behind the plastic. In the freezer its located behind the back panel
Check for icing of the evaporator (cooling) coil located behind the cover on the back wall inside. There is a cooling coil with a fan to supply the cold air for the refrigerator. Otherwise you might have a control board issue. The iced coil is much more likely. There are repair kits for ice build up and/or defrost problems. To get the proper parts for Samsung you must supply all the ID numbers including full model, full serial number and BOM number (if it has one.)
Unplug sooooooon to prevent damage to coils!!! Remove plastic wall. Melt ice totally with hair dryer. See defrost heater at bottom of coils. If good it will read 50 to 200 ohms. If bad it will read infinite ohms. If my guessing is right, it will read bad and will need changing, along with the small clip-on thermostat that sits at or above the top of your coils. Parts will cost you $50 to $100 on the Net, and you'll spend 2 hours max.
I found my leak, after checking all lines, connectors, couplers, behind the second to bottom drawer from what appears to be a cooling resevoir. It appears the seams are slightly leaking on both sides. I found water pooling under the bottom drawer and then leaking out the front and followed it back. My Samsung is model RS2556SH
