Question about Canon PowerShot A75 Digital Camera
When I turn on my camera (A75 digital) the screen just has lines but nothing comes on the screen. I can view the old pictures on the camera but cannot take new pictures.
I called Canon support and they told me to hold the Menu button down for about 6 seconds and then it will ask you if you want to reset, check okay and then use the set button. If that doesn't work they will repair your camera for free... it's something to do with the

Its problem of defective CCD Imager in your Canon A75 camera and CCD Imager will be replaced.
Canon will repair it free of cost as per announced scheme.

Received camera as birthday gift about two years ago the person
died and now have a camera that the screen doesent work what should i do?
