My cd drive on hp

my cd drive on hp pavilion slimline says its in use with cd in it when there is no cd in it.it will not eject or open and I cannot access it via the ususal paths.

Hi

There is one small hole just above the eject button insert one needle into it to manually open the CD Drive sometime the door got stuck.
