My PUK number is blocked,how do i get it back.I dont understand why my cellphone dial out.

If you turn on your smartphone and can't remember the PIN code to unlock your SIM card, you have three chances to get it right. If you type in the PIN incorrectly more than three times, your SIM card will be blocked. Other than emergency numbers, you won't be able to make or receive phone calls, send and receive SMSs or use your data.
Thankfully it's easy to unblock your SIM card by entering your phone's unique PIN Unlock Key or PUK number. After you've entered your PUK number, you'll be able to set a new PIN - hopefully one you'll remember!

How to retrieve your PUK number

When you get a new SIM card, the PUK is supplied with the Starter Pack. Unfortunately, these tend to get lost over the years. Not to worry - you can access your PUK in other ways too:

• Log into My Vodacom online
  Select 'Manage my profile'
  Select the tab 'Price plan and phone' and you will see your PUK number displayed.

• SMS 'VPP' to 31050 from the cellphone number you need your PUK for.
• Dial *135#
  Select 'Services'
  Select 'PUK Number'

• Or, dial 082 135, free from a Vodacom cellphone and follow the voice prompts.

Make sure you have the right PUK number and enter it correctly. If you enter the incorrect PUK number too many times, your SIM card will be permanently blocked and you'll have to get a new one.

PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. To explain a little more, specific to your mobile phone network, You need to go to your Service providers, web site & navigate your way to the specific PUK details for your mobile phone network operator. Usually you have to Register your phone to get a PUK code.

Go to your service provider office and get the PUK code as a freely to them.

sir please call to the related simcard customercare and say the last 6-digit number which is present before the simcard. then they will give the pukcode number to unblock the cellphone...........

hi friend IF your sim pin in blocked you just call up your network provider and ask them to give you your puk number after a short query they will give you your PUK number then you can easily unlock your phone and sim, for airtel dial 198 or 121 for vodafone dial 111 for reliance dial *333 for aircel dial 134 NOTE do not try your puk number more than ten times otherwise your sim will be locked permanently

once you block ur cell phone u have to get a new sim card and the puk code u have to get from your cell phone provider

you may call your network provider regarding on this Dial 211 on your cellphone. The operator will assist you by telling that your SIM was blocked and it need a PUK code.

you must provide the Number at the back of your SIM card, you will require to give this to them, to be able to retrieve the PUK code for that SIM.

for a puk code you need to contact your sim network and ask them for this they will issue you one for free. this will unlock your mobile .


dont enter any other number till you have you puk code..
