Replace tube I have removed the back pannel and can see the tube that doesn't light. But it looks like it would be more accessable from the screen side. So how do you remove the screen.also the blue went out came back for a short time and went out again.so I assume it's the tube. Thanks,John

what I found when I checked the tube connection was a loose connector I spread the pims on the tube and reconnected it, after which the tv worked great. John

I drought it's the tube if it comes and goes, sounds like a loose connection. http://serviceman.site88.net/index_files/MP3Players.htm

Hello sir i haw n95 no light in disply

If you are not having light on your nokia n95, then it means the florescent tube of your is bad, the solution is for you to replace the screen of the phone. To replace the screen of the phone, follow the steps below:
  1. First remove the battery cover, battery and memory card. Move the slider down and remove the two screws you see.
  2. Now move the slider up and remove the two screws at the top of the phone,
  3. Run your fingernail along the edge of the join of the front cover to unclip it.
  4. You should now have the front cover removed. The keypad should be loose as well.
  5. Flip the keypad part back to access the ribbon which connects the LCD to the phone.
  6. To remove the ribbon, flip back the metal hinge and then simply pull the screen back and the ribbon will be released.
  7. Pull the LCD in the direction like you are sliding the screen up.
  8. Your phone should look like below and you can replace the LCD.
  9. Reverse the whole procedure for reassembly.
If you are not familiar with such technical activity, i will suggest you ask a friend who is familiar with it to assist you in carrying out the job.
Hope this information helped.

Jacuzzi Espree with side access pannels leaks.

you can use a scissor cutter or a utility knife and make a nice square cut in the hose. After replacing the nut, hopefully you can find one, you can get a pvc coupling, the hose is the same size as pvc pipe, and use pvc glue to reattach the 2 ends back together. Use Oatey Rain-N-Shine glue....it is in a light blue can and the actual color of the glue is blue.

HOTPOINT WASHER OVERFLOWS ON ALL CYCLES

Hi,
This is most likely a damaged pipe going to the low pressure sensor. This sensor determines when to turn water off by the pressure built up in a tube. If there is a damaged pipe - it wil overflow.

Turn off and disconnect machine, then remove access pannel to inspect all small bore pipes for damage. Check pressure valve for correct operation.

If it leaks at times other than filling, and water level seems ok, then it could be a damaged top or bottom seal that needs identifying and replacing.
If it leaks constantly it could equally be a damaged rubber pipe between drum and pump.
You really need to remove an access pannel - and just observe operation without putting your fingers in thereto spot it.

Philips 42PFL5332D/37 Black screen with sound and remote works

You just said it - no backlight, if so there are only two things that can cause this, it is the lamps in the panel or it is the lamp power supply. These tv's are board replacement only, if it is in warranty i would get it to an authorized service center asap. If it is the lights in the pannel the pannel it's self will have to be replaced, the backlight cannot be replaced seperately. If it is out of warranty and it is NOT the lights in the panel the board ad labor will cost you a couple hundered dollars to fix. If it is the pannel the cost will be prohibitive to fix even if you were to change the pannel yourself.

We washed a small rug and we got an E-20 code. what should we do, its having problems draining!

Drain pump screen is clogged. If its makeing a bad grinding sound the pump will need to be replaced. Otherwise disasembly of the machine is required to access pump area to clean out screen. Dextrous people can probaly do this from the back or underneath unit. Its difficult and I don't recomend it to beginers or people who arn't handy. Easiest/prefered method: (This is the one I use.)

Method A units that have a bottom access panel. ie: front panel not one seamless peice.

-unplug unit
-lean back against wall for easy access.
-remove two #2 square screws form access panel.
-Loosen clamp holding hose to tub. (Big black one around 2" in diameter.)
-remove and clean screen.
-reassemble machine and test pump operation.

Method B units the have seamless front panel.

-unplug unit
-remove top. 3 screws @ back, slide top away from machine to remove.
-remove 2 screws holding console onto chasis.
-remove disp
-remove 3 screws @ and behind disp area.
-Remove console. ( tab may be holding to front panel @ middle bottom use putty knife to pry up.)
-remove 4 screws holding front pannel @ top to chasis.
-remove 2 screws holding frong pannel to chasis inside machine. Acess from top. (some models only.)
-remove bottom screws either 4 or 2 usally 4.
-remove two screws holding door lock to front panel
-remove spring from around bellow.
-remove bellow from front pannel
-remove front pannel. Tilts forward and lifts up off supports. (some models only.) or pannel ifs up and off from white tabs in side of chasis.
-unhook wires to door lock from front pannel. (plastic molex tab)
-may now access pump like in method A.

Pump Replacement
-access pump area
-remove drain hose to pump by looseing clamp and pulling off.
-remove hose to tub by losseing clamp and pulling off.
-remove power connection at back left of pump.
-unscrew two philips screws holding pump too base plate. (only one is really required.)
-replace pump
-clean pump screen or add one if not present.
-reconnect hoses.
-replug in power
-reassemble machine
-test pump operation

How do i replace pass. outside mirror on a 04' nissan maxima

First you need to get you a new mirror, then once you have it remove the door pannel, so you can get access to the screws located behing the little tweeter located on the inner side of the mirror. To remove the door pannel you need a philip head screw driver with magnet preferable, or a socket size 10mm. remove the little plastic square on the door opener of the inside, plus remove very carefuly to not brake the clips gray shiny of the hand rest side and remove the two screws of the very in. once you remove the those two screws, insert something flat in behind the pannel to be able to lift it, try to pull out kind of gentle try not to lose the white push pins of the back of the pannel. now you have the view and access to the screws that hold the mirror and don't forget sometimes the new does not include the wheater strip going inside the mirror to prevent the water of going in, Just reuse it and screw it back and just do everything vise-verse. Good luck!!!

Green Screen

what you can do is take off the back pannel and there is a cord on the top of the board that looks like a computer board, there are many boards in the TV but the one I am talking about is twords the bottom where the video jacks plug in to the TV. Ok once you have located the pannel there is a cord on the top kinda tword the right side, it is many wires inside a black covering. What you need to do is just simply unplug it and plug it back in, do this as many times to try to get it to work. If that doesn;t work you can replace the cord and if that doesn't work then the screen is out and would cost WAY too much to fix, you could buy you a new name brand TV.

Aeg 88070im dishwasher

The machine must be opened and side pannels removed. Work on a table as all connections are visable once you have removed front bottom pannel and back bottom pannel. Remove the side pannels for easy access.
