Hi there. My new boyfriend and I are trying to cam over Yahoo and MSN. I have Microsoft cam, he has Logitech cam. He can see me fine, but I can see only black screen, sometimes very blurry light moving across the screen. There is also a small screen within the screen. He said he tried to focus it. It's the same on both MSN and Yahoo. We've been trying to fix this for 2 months now and I am very frustrated. He says he can see his picture clearly, but I can't. I'm not sure if this is a "convenience" for him or it is truly not working. I am so desperate to get this resolved. Please help. Thank you so much.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Is there enough light in the room? Flip a switch to light up the room a bit more.
Is your camera functioning properly? Try your camera alone; separate from Yahoo! Messenger, using the manufacturer's software that came with the camera.
Yahoo! Messenger might have the wrong camera selected. Follow the steps below to change your camera source.
Click "My Webcam.
Click "Messenger" again.
Click "Camera Source."
Click the pull-down menu and select the camera you want to use.
If that doesn't work, your friend might have one of the same problems with the camera on his or her end. They should try the same steps to see if that helps.
Hopefully the info here will help get things running smoothly!
