Believe it or not the help file is critical for the program to finish the install. If it is showing a corupt file it sounds like it could be a bootleg copy. If it isn't the disk has been damaged. Take care..Mark

Hi reynaldo, The problem may not lie with the Operating System,but rather the hard drive.Are you running a complete formatt or you're trying to repair th e corrupt files?If non,run it!If so, then replace the hard disk.
if it is showing you that the files are corrupt it is possible that the disk you are trying to use is either dirty (clean with a little white spirit and then gently dry with a cotton cloth) or is scratched. In which case certain files that are needed may not be able to be read correctly.
