Please follow the following instructions

Open the word document in which you want the table, navigate to the location whee we need to table
Click on the insert option in the ribbon at the top of the window
click on the drop down on table, choose the number of columns and rows you wanted by dragging your mouse pointer
and click on the last cell at the bottom to which you have selected the rows and columns.
by default the table will be ruled, however if you need to change it Click on the table and click on table tools at the top, you can see various formatting options for the table, choose the one you like.

How to save the attachments in microsoft outlook automatically.

Outlook -> Tools-> Rules and alerts -> create a rule : -> New rule -> Move messages from someone to a folder -> Under step 2 -> select the recipient from whom you recieve the e-mail -> create a folder -> Next -> Next-> Next -> select "Turn on this rule" and finish. Your rule is created.
It is not possible to save the attachment in the series as you wish until the recipients gives the name of the attachment as a format you need ( Which is not possible as you recieve several msgs from that e-mail address)
