Casio digital piano chord problem

i,m unable to get 6th chords eg c6,cm6,c69 on my casio px 410 digital piano when in full range chord mode+auto accompaniment,the user guide states that these chords are recognized by the piano when in this mode but appears not to,could this be a fault in the piano.
