MP3 Player Sam YPU3JQB 2

I have purchased the above MP3 Player.
I can not load the software CD because the CD is too small and falls through the driver "Hole"
I cannot find anything to do with "Adninistrator Account" on my PC or on your web site.
I have tried downloading the software from you web site as advised but cannot can not find the appropriate "Click On" to do this.
Can't you make this operation more simple?

If you are the only user on your computer, then you are probably the administrator - I would download the software from the following website:
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportDown.do?group=audiovideo&type=mp3players&subtype=flashmemory&model_nm=YP-U3JQPY&language=&cate_type=all&dType=D&mType=SW&vType=L&prd_ia_cd=03040200&disp_nm=YP-U3JQPY

Unable to get software loaded on my gogear mp3

Hello,
For a download from the support site of Philips, first go to next site:
http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpproduct_selector.pl?scy=US&slg=ENG&new_tmpl=1

When entering the model number HDD1830, this page opens:
http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpproduct_selector.pl?scy=US&slg=ENG&searchtxt=hdd1830
Select your exact model (.../17 or .../17B) from the list.

Note:
There's a warning NOT using Windows Media Player 11 for this product:
use WMP 10 or the online software, selecting "Software and drivers" under "Product support" .

Well i need help

So you have a mini disc for your mp3 player. You put that into you CD/DVD Drive, it fit my friend. All kind of CD/DVD Driver have a fit layer to that small or mini disc. Install that software and run for setup to download some music to your MP3 player. I know its works. Keep look at the layer of your CD/DVD Driver, eject it and you can see it there..Good luck!

Software loading....

Try resetting the device by using a pin:

1. Turn on the device.

2. On the rear of the device at the bottom left corner there is a small hole, use the pin by inserting it, this will return the device to its factory settings.

Cant load songs

the best way for that is to read your manual.

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Windows XP SP1
Windows Media Player 10
Intel Pentium class PC or higher
CD-ROM drive
USB 2.0 port required for hi-speed transfer
CONNECTING AND TRANSFERRING
Connect to your Computer
1. Connect the small USB Cable Connector to the USB port on your computer, and then plug the larger
Cable Dock Connector in to your Sansa c200 port.
2. Once connected to computer, it should be detected by the operating system automatically and is
shown as an additional drive called “Sansa c200”.
SANSA MEDIA CONVERTER
You will need to use Sansa Media Converter to transfer photos to your Sansa c200. Insert your SanDisk
CD and select Sansa Media Converter to install it to your PC. Then you can load your personal photos
onto your Sansa c200 by using Sansa Media Converter.

TRANSFER MUSIC
To transfer music to your Sansa c200:
1. Connect Sansa c200 to the computer.
2. Drag and drop files from your computer to Sansa c200 by using a variety of music software
programs to transfer/synchronize your files.
3. In MTP mode as long as the files are WMA or MP3, they can be dragged into the Media folder.
Otherwise, they can be dragged into the Data folder (these files will not appear on the player).
4. In MSC mode, files/folders can be dragged/copied to the device.

Need file transfer Software!!!???

You do not need any specific software to transfer music. You can Drag and Drop files thru Windows XP or Vista, or use Windows Media Player 10 or higher, Rhapsody, or several other music management programs.

The only software on the CD was Rhapsody, or the Best Buy Digital Media Store. Both of which are on the internet.

Best of Luck.
