am tying to recharge my spv m500 using usb cuble, it doesn't work
also my phone is not recognised by my compuer
what can i do?

I have the same problem, but I can charge my phone by my computer

If you can find another USB cable of the same type, try it with that, it may be the cable faulty.

Will the phone charge from the mains charger?

Are other devices OK on that USB socket on the PC?
