Hi...there,

It's seems your AD Board is defective. Need to updated a bios or replaced a new AD Board. If that still doesn't work... then your panel it damaged. Good lucks!

My laptop has a white screen virus. How do I fix it

You may have to reinstall your operating system (windows, mac ect.) looks like that virus has programmed itself to do that. Try holding alt+f4 which may take u back to a windows screen. ctrl+alt+delete which will end task control, but theres not much u can do if it is a virus

Power Point shows a dialog box that I can't close only when connected to projector

Try closing it with the task manager. Click CTRL+ALT+DEL then select the Application tab and see if it is listed as running. Click it to highlight it then select End Process.

You have to Press and Hold the CTRL+ALT+DEL keys. Do not turn them loose until after you hit the DEL (Delete) Key.

After turning on the computer AnyTime is frozen on the screen. How do I close the program when frozen?

press ctrl, alt and delete buttons at the same time. It should lead you to a window where it has an option for you to select "task manager". Choose it and you should see your programs under applications. Select the program you want to end and click "End Task".

My Satellite A40/A45 Series won't boot up.

If NTLDR is missing, you will need to do one of two things:

1) follow this link and follow instructions to create a NTLDR boot disc and get back up and running

or

2) boot to Windows CD and repair Windows installation

Hope this helps - remember to rate :)

Beeps usually indicate something is not plugged in or a program is not running properly for 'whatever' reason...r there any errors on your screen? If not, does it continue to beep after window icons have loaded? If so, try typing ctrl/alt/delete (at same time) to see if an apllication continues to run b4 it shuts down... If so, note that program application file, as you may need to delete that program and reload it to solve your 'beep'. Had a similar problem with my Canon fax/scanner/printer...Hope this helps.....DayGirl48
