NOT HEARING IN NORMAL POSSITION

Dear Sir! Your cell's speaker which is used to hear other person during call is dead or might be damaged . You need to take it to some repair shop to fix it.It wont cost much.

It seems that the earpiece speaker in your phone might be not working.
Before that verify that the call volume is set to maximum while you are in a call. If still problem persists, then you have to check the earphone present in your mobile.

First take the phone to a mobile service center and have them replaced your ear piece as well as the flexcable to correct these issues.

First you check your mobile if you have full signal!

if you saw full signal your mobile! speaker is fault in your mobile!then you want to change your mobile speaker!

CELMAN8 - SAYHAY - you will need to take the phone and ahve the Speaker Flexcable replaced.

for the second phone have the firmware reflash so take it to a mobile service center and have them fix it.

The first one need to have the microphone replaced.

If the phone is under 1 yr old I suggest finding the nearest Motorola service center as it is under warranty. If its not covered you could replace the speaker yourself, although would require a small amount of soldering or replacing the entire LCD module which could be expensive. Check the middle button on the side. Hold it in and raise the earpiece volume to the highest before you throw the phone away.
