Question about Muratec F360 Plain Paper Laser Fax
It could have something to do with the automatic document feeder. There could be something in there that is blocking the paper from feeding in there correctly. It could be the feed tires or the belt as well in the document feeder.
It should be looked at by a technician in your area in case there are some parts that need to be replaced.

This Is good for all "all in one machines"
There is a dot on the 1inch glass, when making a copy or faxing or scanning it makes it form that part of the glass. It shows as a line because the paper is moving as it is being scanned. clean the glass w/ alcohool. Sometimes it is hard to see because the background is black and the dot may be a pen or pencil, but it's there.
try to take the copy and lign it up w the glass and look where the line is you might see it htere.
