Question about Computers & Internet
I have a problem with my usb memory stick, I can not save files into or delete files from it. When I try to do one of the two I get the following message. Make sure your device is not full, write protected or damaged. How can I solve this problem?
Most usb flash drives have a little switch on them that enables/disables writing to the drive
cant tell you where on yours it is as you did not give the model, but there should be a switch
flip it to the other end, try again

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
