Find out which BIOS is installed (websearch on server model) then search for Bios Beep Codes for that BIOS. Check what 4-3 4-3 means, you may find it is something simple. If you can get floppy working you may be able to flash BIOS but again you need to know which one

Try remove the ram and clean the part and put it back ,.

From what your saying though you may need to completely clean the surface and then reapply the thermal grease

Hi..

If your your problem is beeping this is a memory problem. Try to get the memory first and clean, reinsert the memory and try to turn it on. If the still occur try to use the other memory slot.
