From what I am finding on the Internet, I think the manual is in Chinese. Do you read Chinese ok? ... I think the product was marketed & distributed without enough support from the manufacturer and distributors.
If you don't have a user's manual in English you can download one at HP website, now you have an English manual and a printer in Malaysian/Chinese, still a problem?! The way around this is to read the manual carefully and take note what buttons (usually with icons) to press and the number of times you need to press it, left or right /down, up! I am pretty sure you can work your way through it! Good luck!
