I dropped y laptop, is my warranty can replace it? I have psp and sku 7742981

So, it is me again. My Gateway laptop is a mess, I dropped it. What do I do? Am I gonna get my money back? They promise when I bought the 300$ insurance that will be covered if something happen. I am still paying it off.
Now I see there are to plans , you can by PSP (I guess they just sell you that one) and now that is too late I guess I se there is other kind PRP (the replacement )
