http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=P4VM8 this is where i got my drivers. what happens when you disable the on board modem feature in the bios? does it boot? also if you have an empty pci slot-you can add a new one. and disable the modem in bios(if bad modem)-so disable it,boot normally,then remove the drivers for that device,if any. then reboot enable it,then try drivers again. adding a new one is an option, if all else fails! good luck with that. if you need further help reply.
