Question about Sony VAIO PCG-K23 Notebook
My laptop has been on standby with a black screen.
You hear noise inside without any thing.
Sometimes,it will just come on for only 3 seconds and
you could see the standby window and before you attempt to
click anything it goes black again.
Take the battery out, unplug it and then remove and reseat the ramstick(s) that fixed the problem for me, and several others that I read about online. Goodluck!

Ya it happens sometime ,the only solution is that take out the battery completely and also disconnect the power cable from laptop.After 10 minutes put the battery in the laptop and connect it with the power cable ,now start the system and see ..........
