Hi,
I have purchased LG-RD3500 handset from Reliance Web world, Pune on 10th May 2008.
Handset?s speaker has stops functioning while I was on call. This incident happened yesterday evening.

Issue Description:
Speaker stopped functioning:
Incoming voice is not heared on speaker.
Ring tones / keypad tone are not ringing while General Profile is active and enabled.

Microphone is working fine. Outgoing voice is properly heared at other end.

Could you please provide me the contact details & Addresses of your service centers in PUNE.

Handset in under the warranty period.


Could you please advice, shall the Service centre replace the instrument or repair it.
