- I mean unlock code from optus. they generally only do this if the phone is out of contract. If it is a prepaid,then it may be different. Sometimes there is still a wait period to get the unlock code form them.

- I have searched for a free online unlock for you, but none of the sites quote that they do Optus ONLINE. Afraid that you will just have to go into a Yes store, and they will take care of it for you.

You will need to get an unlock card from Optus. Not sure if they charge you....

If you are unable to see hes solution repost the problem or request more assistance from other experts you should get hes solution on your screen.

- You should have a link / button there to request more assistance you should get roboteks solution into your screen if not there already.
