Question about Hotpoint WMA76 Front Load Washer
I set the machine going on a 40 cycle on Sunday and found the next morning that it wouldn't drain. Neither would it start up a new cycle.
I could still get it to spin (then avoided this as it fills the drum with more water) but it still wouldn't drain.
I have since switched off the machine and emptied it. Would the problem be something to do with the filter and whereabouts would I find it? I checked the front bottom panel and behind it all there was was a solid metal plate.
I look forward to your response.
Either you got a clog behind the drum or a clog in the draining tube behind the washer i would call sears or where you got it to get someone out there to check it out or if you got the manual of the washer and specs to see maintenance tasks that it requires if you know the make and modal i could get that for you ..
