Assuming you are using Windows XP. There's some file corrupt or missing when you start your pc. If you have floopy disk you can boot disk, it not your can insert your Windows XP installer and then you can repair you OS.

Interactive logon process failed

I would attempt either trying to login as administrator, and if not then a Windows OS repair with the operating system disk. This should repair any of the OS files allowing you to login again.

When my computer loads and tries to go to the main screen a message pops up saying INTERACTIVE LOGON PROCESS INITIALIZATION FAILED . PLEASE CONSULT THE EVENT LOG FOR MORE DETAILS . But its In Front A Black...

This might work (no guarantees)
Bring up task manager Ctrl+Alt+Delete and click the applications tab
Click on "New Task"
type in explorer.exe and click okay.
If it boots up run malwarebytes available here www.malwarebytes.org
run full scan and delete anything it catches.
Good luck

The ink system failure message has a chance to be fixed or it may be a permanent issue. It can be pointing toward a firmware failure in the printer and if that is the case the following steps should fix it. Press and hold the ?*? key. Press the ?#? key and release both keys. Display should say ?Enter Special Key Combo? Press and release in sequence the "1?, ?2? and ?3? buttons. Display should say ?Support? and display the FW rev (something like R0631R) Mine reads R0631M . Press and release the right arrow button until the display says ?System Configuration Menu?. Press and release the ?OK? button. Display should say ?Hardware failure status?. If not there already, Arrow Key over to ?Hardware failure status?, Press and release the ?OK? button. Display should say ?Hardware failure status: Clear. Press OK to clear?. Press and release the ?OK? Button. Message changes to ?Hardware failure status Cleared. Press Cancel to continue?. Press and release the ?CANCEL? button as many times as necessary, so that, either the ?Welcome to Photosmart Express? screen appears, or, the ?Ink System Failure? screen appears. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO PRINT AT THIS STAGE. Using the Power Button, turn the unit OFF and unplug the power cable from back of the printer and wall outlet. Wait 30 seconds for the power to get discharged and then plug the power cable into the wall outlet first and then into the back of the printer. Turn the unit on. Acer Aspire 5100 will not log on

If you have a Finger Print scanner (on select models), it may have failed, if you do not have this device , you may have installed malware - try rebooting and after you see the Acer screen start tapping F8 to get to speacial boot menu - choose Safe Mode and see if you can log in. If still unable, you will have to perform a system recovery - Acer provides an alternate way to recover - when you start the computer you see the Acer logo screen - after this displays hold down the Alt Key by the spacebar and tap the F10 key at the top of the keyboard once or twice - this will start the Acer E-Recovery program - follow the on screen instructions.
