Question about Televison & Video
There are a few possible reasons for this.
1) This could be caused by having many connections in your cable (you have joined two or more cables).
2) You could have a faulty connection at your TV or your LNB.
3) Your dish might be faulty of pointing slightly off it's target (satellite)

You can also try a hard reset: Unplug TV from AC mains and remove all cables from TV. Wait about 30 minutes and replug to AC power and redo the cabling. Switch on the TV and see if it works..

Its only 10.99 and they email it to you shortly after purchase. The manual is a valuable resource as it will have part numbers in case you do need a new screen. heres the link.

I think it's a problem with ur satellite dish or cable u r using.Try disconnecting the cable wire and then check once.just leave a message to my email id email@example.com of what happened after u have finished checking. I ll be back to u with a solution.
