If your enpapp.exe error is related to a specific program, reinstalling Epson Connect Printer Setup-related software could be the answer.
Instructions for Windows 7 and Windows Vista:
  1. Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button.
  2. Click Control Panel on the right side menu.
  3. Click Programs.
  4. Click Programs and Features.
  5. Locate enpapp.exe-associated program (eg. Epson Connect Printer Setup) under the Name column.
  6. Click on the Epson Connect Printer Setup-associated entry.
  7. Click the Uninstall button on the top menu ribbon.
  8. Follow the on-screen directions to complete the uninstallation of your enpapp.exe-associated program.
Instructions for Windows XP:
  1. Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button.

  7. Follow the on-screen directions to complete the uninstallation of your enpapp.exe-associated program.
Instructions for Windows 8:
  1. Hover the cursor in the bottom left of the screen to produce the Start Menu image.
  2. Right-Click to bring up the Start Context Menu.
  3. Click Programs and Features.
  4. Locate enpapp.exe-associated program (eg. Epson Connect Printer Setup) under the Name column.
  5. Click on the Epson Connect Printer Setup-associated entry.
  6. Click the Uninstall/Change on the top menu ribbon.
  7. Follow the on-screen directions to complete the uninstallation of your enpapp.exe-associated program.
After you have successfully uninstalled your enpapp.exe-associated program (eg. Epson Connect Printer Setup), reinstall the program according to the SEIKO EPSON Corporation instructions.

Setup exe not running
If setup.exe is not running then main reason can be:-1. that file is corrupted or infected by virus.2. you donot have administrative right to run any setup on that machine.3. your windows installer problem or your system is also infected by virus
so first try another copy of that setup.exe file.then check your system for virus or windows problem if another file is also not working.

Can't find setup.exe
The term "setup.exe" is like trying to find Untitled.doc.
here's a example: I'm trying to look for my "essay". It's vague and doesn't really tell you what type of essay it is, nor the name.

Setup.exe might have been renamed from a real file name.
Or it is file names for some viruses so people end up opening the .exe to see what it is.

To remove setup.exe file on digital voice recorder rca rp5120
It takes up very little space (about 3 meg), I would recommend keeping the file on the device so you will have it when you need it.

You cannot play the .VOC files unless you use the proprietary software to either play the .VOC files or convert them to .WAV or .EXE.

But if you insist, you may use windows explorer and browse to the filesystem on the Digital Voice Recorder and delete the file named "Setup.exe" you will find in the directory called "SETUP". To do this, you may have to rightclick on Setup.exe, then click on properties and uncheck the "read-only" attribute. Now you should be able to delete the file. Repeat the process for the directory called "SETUP". If you try to do the directory first, you will be given the option to change the attributes of the directory and all files contained in it. That should work too.

WARNING:
At the very least, copy the contents (a single file called "setup.exe") to a safe place.
