Hello
That is a video device problem.First you need to check you monitor cable,it runs from the monitor into the back of the pc into your video device.
Hopefully you have a video card, but check that the cable is secure and tight. You may want to remove it and put it back on just to be sure.

If this doesnt help try restarting the pc and hold the f8 key down and select safe mode.If you get a picture on your monitor you may need to reinstalll the video drivers. If not then you have a bad video card or a bad video chip depending on what is in your pc.

My dell dimention 9200 makes a buzzing noise and no show on monit

Sounds like its just 1 of the fans inside the case needs replacing or possibly the fan inside the power supply. These dont cost much and are easy to replace.

Computer will not come on loud sound from pavillion repeats it self. The fans will spin and the blue light on pavillion comes on. moniter screen will not come on the power light is on

On some computers, when you turn it on, the fan starts to run at 100% of its speed, i.e., very noisily.
Then, when it is detected that the computer is functioning, and _not_ over-heating, the fan will slow down, and quiet down.

So, what is the nature of the "loud sound" ?
Continuous? Beeps, in some pattern?

Take the computer to a qualified technician, for better trouble-shooting.

Power on emachine T6420 and moniter is blank. The moniter soon loses contact with the computer. The fan run and power is OK there is no beep code.

If you mean after the computer performs the self test the screen goes blank and stays blank, eventually turning off you are having a hard drive problem. When the computer boots you should see an E-Machines logo and/or a self test on the screen. That is done by the motherboard as part of every boot up. After that the motherboard passes control to your boot device and loads your operating system. If your computer stops booting at that point, your boot device is not working properly. That could be caused by many things - virus, hardware failure, power outage. If you really mean you see nothing at all on the screen when you press the power button your computer simply is not working at all. Open the case, blow all the dust out of it and reseat all components you can, then try again.

No signal input

Check the coolant between the CPU and the cooler to ensure it's not simply over heated.
