There are no Lexmark X5150 drivers specific for Windows 7, however, the Vista drivers work. To download the driver, click on the links below:

Use the Vista driver from the Lexmark website. First, check if your Vista is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by going to the Start menu -> right-click on Computer -> Properties. Take note of the System Type. To download the driver, use the links below:

This behavior occurs if a non-Vista driver, such as a Windows XP driver from the printer's original driver CD, is installed in Windows Vista. Resolution
Double-click on the cleanup utility and follow the on-screen instructions to run it.
Restart the computer.
Reinstall the Vista driver that is available for the printer on the Lexmark Web site.

Just as you can draw out the image using CorelDRAW, you can also use the File> "From Camera or Scanner" function in Microsoft Paint. It bypasses the driver.
