Vivitar vivicam 20...

i don`t have the cd that came with my camera, but whenever i try to download it, it tells me that it failed because another installation is in progress even when there is not. plus when i plug it into the USB it just ask`s me for a cd, and it says it could not download, and it will just colse out, doesn`t take me to the add printer or scanner menu
