Question about Toshiba Satelite 2410 Notebook
Refers to Toshiba laptop Satelite 2410. When connected to usb keyboard (I've tried Mitsubishi and HP) the numerical keys to the right do not work properly when numlock is on. When using Excel, generally they do nothing but one of the keys (the 5 I think) repositions the cursor a number of cells right and down. When numlock is off they behave normally as cursor control keys. Both keyboards work perfectly well with other laptops and PCs.
I've tried upgrading the BIOS to no avail and cannot see any settings in the control panel that help.
Any guidance much appreciated. Thanks

complete system clean and optimization...possibly formate drive and reinstall windows...being that its an old pc, it probably is slow do to needing a good cleaning. if both those resolutions dont work then its the pc.
