Question about Netopia 3346N-ENT Router (3346NENT)
My company has a Netopia Router connected to our DSL ISP and routed to connect to our server, which then connects all other computers to the internet/external email. Monday and Tuesday I arrived at work to no internet connection. I turned off the Netopia, waited about 30 seconds and turned it back on, heard two clicks and within seconds, the internet/external email was back. Wednesday, however, I arrived at work with the same problem, turn off the Netopia, waited about 30 seconds and turned it back on. This time I heard four clicks and for the entire day, my company has not had internet connection.
What does this mean? Do I need a new router? Is this one broken? My company is losing $$$$ each day we are without external email.
I have a netopia SN 124486625536 wireless router,, is this suppose to come with a disc to download on computer? And if so where do I get one?
NEED HELP, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

You need to update your firmware to Firmware v4.8.4. You can download this firmware to the website of your router.

Yes, you need to swap the router out.
This is assuming you dont have the netopia in bridge mode with another device behind it.

Tips for a great answer:
Before You Start
Telnet into the Netopia router's Main Menu at 192.168.1.1 (if using the default IP setting). If your network has a different IP addressing scheme, modify this accordingly. Click Here! for instructions on using telnet and Hyperterminal (serial connection).
Login with the user name and password. The Superuser login is required to save changes. If you are unsure of this, contact your network administrator.
Don't forget to press the Enter key to save any entries. Hitting the back space, delete or tab without first hitting enter will undo any changes.
The Esc key will take you back towards the main menu screen.
Once you have completed your configuration, you should reboot the Netopia to save and apply your changes.

Server List Configuration
You have now configured your router for TCP/UDP port forwarding. If you have a switched connection (ISDN or Analog), you will need to either disconnect and reconnect your Internet connection, or restart your router for the Nat Server List changes to take effect. If you wish to filter traffic for your static IP mappings, please see the following Netopia Technote:
