Dehumidifier

Check the coils for icing. You may need to remove a cover to see them. IF the temp is much below 65-70 degrees, there is a good chance of icing. Take it upstairs or where it is warm and try running it to see if it removes moisture. If it does, it is probably icing. Raise it off the floor as the temp is higher towards the ceiling.
