Can't change language

In order to change your language back to English or whichever language you prefer. Please go to Settings (which is the icon with 4 bars & 2 bars are moving up & down)....select Settings to go to submenu, then scroll down until you see FM xxx, then the line above FM xxx should be your language menu. Select it and it will bring you to the list of the language and you should be able to choose your preferred language again. Hope this helps

Please rate accordingly
Thank you

Sansa 250

can you see the picture menu?  Settings has the control panel with the slides on it like you would see on an equalizer,  push the center button
the fourth shaded area down is languages.if the dark blue cursor on the side is at the top of the bar. scroll down 3 and push the center button.  that is the languages tab.  english should be the one that is  at the top of the list.  hit the center button to select and that should be english.

hope my instructions are clear.  Let me know if i can help further

Language

Under your menu (accesed by pressing down on the switch that changes songs) there's a part that says either settings or options (looking through the icons will help you fiond it since you can't read it) and it will have a sing under there that says language and has (I think) an icon of 'ABC'. Go there and switch to English.

Everything in Japanese characters!

I had the same problem when I first got the player and selected another language. I looked at the booklet and figured when first turning it on, hit the down arrow 3 times, then select, then hit the down arrow 4 times then select is how I got to English setting.
