Question about Dell 922 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Unplug the printer from the computer , disconnect the black box the power adapter from the back panel of the printer , turn the printer upside down and then gently tab on the printer . Clean and manually roll the paper tray rollers . open the printer cover and look for any obstructions , remove the cartridges and clean them using a damp soft cloth .put back the power adapter and try to copy something , if it still displays the same error msg then its an issue with the printer and you need to purchase a new one.
