I have acer extensa 5620,but my cam shows blank when i am in the chat

Hello Good day,
why my cam not showing picture but only blank,when ever i try to switch ny cam to some in the chat room,but i can only use the camera for pictures and video when i am not with yahoo messanger,i need help please

- I have aacer extensa 5620-6830. when i open my cam its only black, you cant see your face... but if i click it he can take a picture. please help me about this.- jik_banz

There is a driver update for this. I ran across it at a forum. Google Acer web cam problem and read the forums. You'll find it in one of these.
