Fuser warm up failure. Most likely this will require a service person to repair but here is the reset procedure you can try yourself. If it does not reset then you will need a service technician.
Turn off the main power switch located on the right side of the copier, NOT the one on the edge of the operation panel. Press and HOLD the utility/counter button on the control panel. While holding this button down continuosly turn on the main power switch. Continue holding the utility counter button until the screen changes to a blank screen with just a box that says "trouble reset". Now release the utility/counter button and touch the trouble reset box. Now turn off the main power switch for a few seconds then turn the machine back on. The code should be gone but if a problem remians then the code will come back within 30 seconds.
