Question about Vivitar Telephoto 100mm f/3.5 Macro Manual Focus Lens for Pentax PK
I just got a Pentax Spotmatic II camera (circa 1964). It came with a Vivitar Automatic Tele Converter (3X-1) and 2 Vivitar lenses (Wide Angle 28mm 1:2.8 and a Telephoto 135mm 1:3.5).
I would love to look into other lenses, but how do I know which ones will fit? Will any manual Vivitar lens do? I am a beginner, so I am not sure where to look!

Pentax cameras use a mount known as M42. This means it is a 42 millimeter diamater. You may also find this referred to as the Pentax mount, as Pentax (Asahi Optical) made this popular in the United States. With any camera, any lens you purchase should match the mount of the camera in order to be used together.
